INVITATION TO PURCHASE – BROILER BREEDER QUOTA
Wood End Farms Ltd. hereby offers for sale 18,000 units of broiler breeder quota.
Each offer must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft for 10% of the offer price or a minimum of $50,000.00 (whichever is greater), made payable to Wood End Farms Ltd. Cheque won’t be deposited until board approval has been given
All offers shall be subject to Alberta Hatching Egg Producers Board approval.
Vendor can cancel the sale process at any time upon successful sale of the entire farm.
Conditional offers will not be accepted (the only acceptable condition shall be Board approval).
Offers are irrevocable.
Unsuccessful Offerors will be notified by mail, email, or phone within 48 hours after opening, and their cheques will be returned.
