There are two access gates to the property. One on the North side and one on the South side. The North gate is on the NW corner of       SW-22-22-01-W4. The South gate is on the SW corner of SE 03-22-01-W4. The gates are locked. 

The Alberta leases are good for 20 years and the Sask. lease till +/- 2047. So far you can always renew them after that. One Alberta lease is now till 2031 and one till 2036. Plus 2 are just renewed for 20 years. ( total of 4 leases in Alberta = 6079.97 acres )
