Lease and deeded quarter start about 1 mile East of # 555 and # 41.
Directions to the property.
From hwy 41 head 2 miles west on hwy 555 and turn right into entrance that leads into road allowance(trail) that is located at the end of the row of caragana bushes that runs along hwy 555. Head north on road allowance (through field) along west side of fence line for ½ mile until fence line jogs over. Open gate and head in, this is NW 13-22-2 W4. To access SW 24-22-2 W4 head north along east side of fence line on NW 13-22-2 W4 until coulee, now head east along edge of coulee until there is a wooden coral, go down trail into coulee until tree, open the single strand of electric fence and continue on trail through coulee and this will bring you up on the other side of coulee and a couple hundred feet north is where SW 24-22-2 W4 starts.
