Water is from the municipality and a 5000-gallon cistern is in the barn.

There is also a well at the house which has a pipeline to the barn so well water can be used for cleaning etc.

The permit is for 300 animal units.

Total quota included: 177.62 KG. Total cows included: 165 milking cows and 115 young stock +/-.

Included on a separate title of +/- 10 acres is a beautiful home with a large insulated heated shop. The house is built in 2009.  It was built to high energy efficient standards and is 1911 sq. ft.  It has 2 bedrooms up with 2 baths. There is an office on the main floor  which could be a third bedroom. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of entrances and laundry room which are tile flooring.  There is air conditioning with a high efficiency furnace and humidifier. The downstairs has walls and floor finished with underlay and carpet, however it is open to further development. There is a 3 car garage which is insulated and heated with its own furnace

The shop was also built in 2009 and is 40' x80'. It is insulated with plywood inside cladding and steel exterior. It has a natural gas furnace and cisterns with a high capacity pump to direct well water to the barn for wash down.
